The Action required quick filter shows all of your customers that require more information before you can schedule their transactions.

The Ready for transactions quick filter shows all of your customers that are available to schedule and process transactions.
All filters
Select All filters to view your customers through several criteria:
Archived
Active: Customers that are available for you to collect authorizations, verification, and ultimately schedule transactions.
Archived: Customers that you have archived and are not immediately shown in your customer list.
Authorization status
Authorization complete: Customers that have completed an authorization form in Rotessa.
Authorization pending: Customers that have been sent an email authorization request but have yet to complete the authorization.
Authorization failed: Customers that have been sent an email authorization request but the authorization failed.
Authorization type
In-person authorization: Customers that have completed an in-person authorization type.
Online authorization: Customers that have completed an online authorization.
Rotessa authorization: Customers that have completed an authorization through one of Rotessa's authorization tools.
Bank verification status
Bank verification complete: Customers that have successfully completed either instant bank verification or microdeposit verification.
Microdeposits pending: Customers that have been sent a microdeposit verification and have yet to complete the verification.
Microdeposits failed: Customers that have failed microdeposit verification.
Instant Bank Verification pending: Customers that have been requested, but have yet to complete instant bank verification.
Instant Bank Verification failed: Customers that have failed to complete instant bank verification.
Integration Status
Connected to Integration: Customers that have been connected to Rotessa from QuickBooks Online or Xero.
Connected to Integration auto import invoices on: Customers that have been connected to Rotessa from QuickBooks Online or Xero that have automatic invoice import enabled.
Connected to Integration auto import invoices off: Customers that have been connected to Rotessa from QuickBooks Online or Xero that don't have automatic invoice import enabled.
Connected to Integration auto update customer on: Customers that have been connected to Rotessa from QuickBooks Online or Xero that have automatic customer update enabled.
Connected to Integration auto update customer off: Customers that have been connected to Rotessa from QuickBooks Online or Xero that don't have automatic customer update enabled.
