# Transaction reports

A transaction report is a quick and customizable way to view important information about your transactions in Rotessa.

Each report includes the process date, amount, customer name, status, status reason, and comment for every transaction within your selected date range.

You can filter the report by [transaction status](https://support.rotessa.com/transaction-status?hsLang=en) to narrow down results — this is especially useful for isolating declined transactions within a specific date range.

**Downloading a transaction report**

1. Go to the **Transaction Report** page of [your Rotessa account](https://client.rotessa.com/users/sign_in).
2. Set your date range and select **Search**.
3. At the bottom of the page, select **Export Transaction Report**. You can export as either a **PDF** or a **CSV** file.
