Archive customers
You cannot delete customers in Rotessa, but you can archive them and preserve transaction history to be viewed in the future.
What Does archiving a customer do?
Archiving a customer will update their custom identifier in Rotessa and all scheduled transactions for the customer will be removed and will prevent any new transactions from being scheduled. All other customer contact information along with their banking and authorization information will remain unchanged. There would be no notification sent to the customer that they have been archived in your Rotessa account.
Additionally, archiving the customer in Rotessa that is connected to an integration with QuickBooks Online or Xero will disconnect them from the integration.
