Authorization type

The authorization type on a customer in Rotessa refers to how you collected the PAD agreement from your customer. This must be selected in order to let you process transactions from your customer.

In Person: The customer signed a paper PAD agreement at your place of business.

Online: The customer signed a PAD agreement either over email or online and sent it to you electronically.
