Edit or delete a transaction schedule
You can only edit or delete a transaction schedule that has the transaction status of Future.
To edit the frequency, instalments, or the process date of a transaction, you must delete and then re-create it with the correct information.
Edit a transaction
- In the customers area of your Rotessa account, select the customer with the transaction you want to edit.
- Under transaction schedules, select the ellipsis (the three dots) to the right of the transaction.
- Select edit.
- Once all the changes are made to the transaction, select submit.
Delete a transaction
Before you delete a recurring payment, check the History tab for your customer to see if any payments have been processed.
- Start in the customers area of your Rotessa account.
- Select the customer whose transaction you want to delete.
- Under transaction schedules, select the ellipsis (the three dots) to the right of the transaction.
- Select remove.
