Edit or delete a transaction schedule

You can only edit or delete a transaction schedule that has the transaction status of Future.

To edit the frequency, instalments, or the process date of a transaction, you must delete and then re-create it with the correct information.

Edit a transaction

  1. In the customers area of your Rotessa account, select the customer with the transaction you want to edit.

  2. Under transaction schedules, select the ellipsis (the three dots) to the right of the transaction.

  3. Select edit.

  4. Once all the changes are made to the transaction, select submit.

Delete a transaction

Before you delete a recurring payment, check the transaction history pane for your customer to see if any payments have been processed.

  1. Start in the customers area of your Rotessa account.
  2. Select the customer whose transaction you want to delete.

  3. Under transaction schedules, select the ellipsis (the three dots) to the right of the transaction.

  4. Select remove.
