# International processing

Rotessa only processes payments in Canada and US however, it is separate. Rotessa does not process payments across borders or convert from CAD to USD or vice versa.

To collect CAD payments through Rotessa, you would need to create a Canadian Rotessa account which requires your business to be registered in Canada and a Canadian CAD bank account.

To collect USD payments through Rotessa, you would have to create a US Rotessa account which requires your business to be registered in the US with a Certificate of Good Standing, and a US bank account.
