In the Rotessa application, the terms “owner” and “ownership” refer to the individuals who are in charge of the business.
If the business or organization you are signing up for does not have owners and is instead led by a board of directors, you should provide the members of the board of directors during the ownership step of the Rotessa application.
Record Your Ownership Structure
In this step, list all members of the board of directors. 
Once this step is completed, Rotessa will ask you to identify the Control Person.
Control Person
For director-led organizations where no individual directly or indirectly owns 25% or more of the entity, we need to verify the identity of the organization’s chief executive officer, or the person who performs that function.
Verification
If the selected Control Person is the current user, you will be prompted to complete the verification process. 
If the selected Control Person is not the user completing the account setup, a link will be provided that you can copy and share with them so they can complete the verification process.
