Payment Receipts

Rotessa provides the ability for users to automatically send payment receipts via email to their customers for successful payments. Payment receipts can be enabled on a per-customer basis and contain the details of successful payments, including the amount of the transaction, the date paid, the name of the payee, and the name of the payor.

Payment receipts are sent out at 2 pm (central time) every day for any customer with payment receipt notifications enabled, who had an approved transaction. Transactions are considered approved in Rotessa on the settlement day of the transaction - typically this is 4 business days after the processing date.

The payment receipts settings show a preview of the email that your customers will receive. The variable fields you see above will be automatically filled with the details of each specific transaction.
