Settlements

Funds are deposited into your bank account in one lump sum per settlement. Rotessa only settles funds on business days.

Settlements are processed within five business days of the process date to allow enough time for declines to be reported.

Rotessa generates a report for every settlement to your bank account, which can be found on the Settlements page of your Rotessa account. Each report includes the approved transactions as well as any declined transactions that were expected to settle on that date.

 

Downloading a Settlement Report

  1. Go to the Settlements page of your Rotessa account.
  2. Select a settlement date.
  3. Select Export Settlement Details and choose either CSV or PDF.
