Settlements

The funds will be deposited in your bank account in one lump sum for each settlement. Rotessa only settles funds on business days.

Settlements are processed within five business days of the process date to allow enough time for declines to be reported.

Rotessa generates a report for every settlement to your bank account. These reports can be found on the settlements page in your Rotessa account. The report contains the approved transactions as well as the declined transactions that were expected to settle on the settlement date.


To download a settlement report

  1. Start on the settlements page of your Rotessa account.
  2. Select a settlement date.

  3. Select export settlement details and from there you can choose CSV or PDF.
