Update primary user or primary user email
To change the primary user or update the primary user's email, you will need to create a new user.
1. Select Settings on the left side of your screen
2. See the Users section and select New
3. Create a new user with the updated information
4. See the user permission section and select full access and click submit
- This will take you back to the Users section
6. On the right side of the NEW user, click on the three dots and select set as Primary Contact
You are now able to use the updated user's email to log in.
If you want to remove the old user, log in as the new primary user
1. Select settings
2. See the Users section and find the old user, then select the three dots on the right
3. Select remove
