Update settlement and billing account information
To update your settlement or billing account information, you'll need to have your current account information on hand.
Steps to update:
- Go to the Settings page of your Rotessa account and scroll down to find the Settlement Bank Account or Billing Bank Account section.
- Select Update under the account you wish to update.
- Enter your current account information in the top section and your new account information in the bottom section.
- Upload the following documents for the new bank account:
- A voided cheque
- Your most recent bank statement
- Note: If your account is new and you don't yet have a bank statement, you may upload an alternative document that includes your company name and bank account numbers.
- Select Submit.
- If you need to update both your settlement and billing accounts, repeat these steps for the other account.
