Update settlement and billing account information

To update your settlement or billing account information, you'll need to have your current account information on hand.

Steps to update:

  1. Go to the Settings page of your Rotessa account and scroll down to find the Settlement Bank Account or Billing Bank Account section.
  2. Select Update under the account you wish to update.
  3. Enter your current account information in the top section and your new account information in the bottom section.
  4. Upload the following documents for the new bank account:
    • A voided cheque
    • Your most recent bank statement
    • Note: If your account is new and you don't yet have a bank statement, you may upload an alternative document that includes your company name and bank account numbers.
  5. Select Submit.
  6. If you need to update both your settlement and billing accounts, repeat these steps for the other account.
