Update settlement and billing account information
In order to update the settlement or billing account information on your Rotessa account, you will need to know what account information is currently set on your Rotessa account.
Updating account information

Start on the settings page of your Rotessa account and scroll down till you find the settlement bank account or billing bank account.

Select update under the account you wish to update.

Enter your current account information on the top and your new account information on the bottom.

- Upload a copy of a voided cheque and your most recent bank statement from the new bank account.
- If your account is new and you do not yet have a bank statement, you may upload an alternative document that includes your company name and bank account numbers.

Select submit.

- Repeat these steps for your other account.
