Customer transaction history

A customer's transaction history can be viewed when you select the customer from the customers page on your Rotessa account.

The transaction history shows the amount, status, batched date, processed date, settled date, and the comment on the transactions for that customer.

Amount: The total of the transaction.

Status: The current state of the transaction.

Batched On: The date when information from all scheduled transactions is gathered into a file and sent to the bank. The batch file includes the information for which account to pull funds from and where to eventually settle funds.

Process Date: The day your scheduled transaction is pulled from the customer’s account. If the process date falls on a weekend or holiday the payment is pulled the following business day.

Settlement Date: The date the funds from the transaction will settle into your bank account.

Comment: This is set when the transaction was created. You can use this to contain additional reference information about the transaction. If you are using an accounting integration, it will automatically include the invoice number.
