Archive customers
You cannot delete customers in Rotessa, but you can archive them and preserve transaction history to be viewed in the future.
Archiving a customer will remove any future transactions scheduled and will prevent any new transactions from being scheduled.
How to archive customers
To archive one customer,
- Start on the customers page
- Select the ellipses (three dots) beside the customer you want to archive
- Select archive
To archive multiple customers
- Start on the customers page
- Select the boxes beside the customers you want to archive and select archive
Once a customer is archived, you can find them on the customers page by selecting archived from the all filters menu next.
How to unarchive customers
To unarchive one customer,
- Start on the customers page
- Select archived from the all filters menu to show your archived customers
- Select the ellipses (three dots) beside the customer you want to unarchive
- Select unarchive
To unarchive multiple customers
- Start on the customers page
- Select archived from the drop-down menu next to the search bar to show your archived customers
- Select the boxes beside the customers you want to unarchive and select unarchive
