Edit a customer
To update or edit a customer in your Rotessa account,
- Start on the customers page of your Rotessa account.
- Select the ellipses (three dots) beside the customer you want to edit.
Select the edit contact details or edit bank details from the menu.
- Make the necessary changes to your customer
- Under the customer's contact details, you can
- Update the customer’s name
- Update the customer’s email address
- Update the customer's phone number
- Update the customer’s address
- Update the custom identifier
- Under the customer's bank details, you can
- Update the customer's authorization type
- Update the customer’s bank information
- Upload a new authorization form
- Update the customer's authorization limit
- Under the customer's contact details, you can
Select Submit when done.
