Edit a customer

To update or edit a customer in your Rotessa account,

  1. Start on the customers page of your Rotessa account.
  2. Select the ellipses (three dots) beside the customer you want to edit.
  3. Select the edit contact details or edit bank details from the menu.

  4. Make the necessary changes to your customer
    1. Under the customer's contact details, you can
      1. Update the customer’s name
      2. Update the customer’s email address
      3. Update the customer's phone number
      4. Update the customer’s address
      5. Update the custom identifier
    2. Under the customer's bank details, you can
      1. Update the customer's authorization type
      2. Update the customer’s bank information
      3. Upload a new authorization form
      4. Update the customer's authorization limit
  5. Select Submit when done.
