Edit a customer


To update or edit a customer in your Rotessa account,

  1. Start on the customers page of your Rotessa account.
  2. Select the ellipses (three dots) beside the customer you want to edit.
  3. Select the edit contact details or edit bank details from the menu.
  4. Make the necessary changes to your customer
  5. Under the customer's contact details, you can
  6. Update the customer’s name
  7. Update the customer’s email address
  8. Update the customer's phone number
  9. Update the customer’s address
  10. Update the custom identifier
  11. Under the customer's bank details, you can
  12. Update the customer's authorization type
  13. Update the customer’s bank information
  14. Upload a new authorization form
  15. Update the customer's authorization limit
  16. Select Submit when done.
