What is Instant Bank Verification

Instant Bank Verification is an optional setting that when enabled, has customers verify their bank information and identity through their online banking login credentials. Each successful verification has a $2 fee that you will see on your next Rotessa invoice.

Enabling Instant Bank Verification

Instant Bank Verification can be enabled from the authorizations page of your Rotessa account by selecting edit, preview, and then Instant Bank Verification.

What if Instant Bank Verification is unsuccessful

If a customer is unable to complete Instant Bank Verification, or, they choose to enter their information manually, they will be redirected to verify their bank information with microdeposits. For this reason, microdeposit verification gets enabled when you disable Instant Bank Verification.
