Import invoices from QuickBooks Online

In Rotessa, there are a few ways transactions can be scheduled.

If you are not seeing your QuickBooks Online invoices in Rotessa or getting the customer not connected error, edit the customer's custom identifier in Rotessa to match the customer name of the customer in QuickBooks Online.

Rotessa can not import any invoice that is already marked as paid or re-import any invoice that has already been imported or previously processed by Rotessa. If you have an invoice that was processed and declined, you will either need to manually create a new one-time transaction in Rotessa or import a new invoice from QuickBooks Online.

*Note - A transaction created in advance of the process date will have a status of future. A transaction can only be edited or deleted before the transaction has the status of Sent to Bank.
