Rotessa's authorization tools

Rotessa's authorization forms include all the required information to collect payments from your customers’ accounts. When your customers complete the online authorization form, you will be notified via email. The customer will also be sent an email with an outline of the terms and conditions. Rotessa allows for authorizations to be signed offline as well.

Authorizations page

The authorizations page in Rotessa shows all three methods of collecting authorizations and allows you to personalize both your online and offline authorizations.

You can see a preview of what your customers will see when you send them online authorization requests by selecting edit and preview anywhere on the authorizations page

Offline authorizations

At the bottom of the authorizations page, you can select create PDF authorization. This will take you to our online PAD/ACH form generator.

Once you have filled in all the required fields, you can email the PDF to yourself to print out and have your customers sign a physical authorization form.

One-time authorizations

For any one-time transactions that require their own PAD/ACH agreement, you can use our online PAD/ACH form generator to create a one-time authorization template.

Fill out all the required fields and any other information you wish to fill out to create your template. Then under the payment terms section, set the frequency to once. Now you can enter your email at the bottom to download your template.

Uploading authorizations

If you have your customers sign a paper authorization or if you have pre-existing authorization forms, you can upload them to your customer(s) in Rotessa when you add the customer(s) to your account or by editing an already added customer.

Email authorization request

Using the send email authorization request feature will automatically upload the authorization to your customer in Rotessa, making it the easiest way to get an authorization.

Online bank verification

Customers can digitally verify their bank information in one of two ways. They can verify instantly using Instant Online Bank Verification or if they are unable to complete this step, they will be redirected to a microdeposit verification.

Microdeposits take one to two business days so they are not instant but they still allow customers to verify their information.
